Structuring and enriching data in a pleasant way
The collaboration between Interduct and Skwirrel goes way back. For more than 6 years, all Interduct companies have been benefiting from the PIM system. Everything is simple and pleasant, all centrally organized.
From importing and exporting to insight and overview
Structured management of products and product data is also important for Interduct. The ERP package they use does offer PIM functionalities, but these are very limited. To keep up with the market, a PIM system is needed to organize the enrichment of product data in a good way.
When Interduct started looking for a PIM system, all product information was still 'quaintly' organized in their ERP system. A lot of importing, exporting, and occasionally losing track of things. The ultimate goal of insight and overview was not achieved, and so the search for a PIM system began.
Short search with long-lasting results
Interduct operates in the installation industry and therefore deals with a large amount of technical products. In addition to the necessary structure in product and data management, a connection with 2ba was essential for them. They also wanted better capabilities to serve their selling points, such as their own webshops and bol.com, from product data.
Skwirrel offers a good and solid base system with a 2ba connection, on which custom work can also be organized. The content for Interduct had to be multilingual to serve all selling points. This functionality, which did not exist yet, was developed and rolled out for all Skwirrel customers. The multilingual functionality enables Interduct to specifically set up the desired ETIMs and accessories per channel, centrally collected.
Pleasant collaboration
The implementation of Skwirrel resulted in scalability, flexibility, and overview. They are enthusiastic and so are we. Perhaps we have been working for our biggest fan from the first hour for over 10 years now. The collaboration is smooth and pragmatic. There is a mutual good understanding of the steps to be taken. And all this in a relaxed way with enough time for a joke, as that also describes the years of collaboration well!
