Version 1.79 - Summertime - 24 October 2024
The latest version of Skwirrel - Summertime brings powerful enhancements to streamline your workflow. The focus in this release has been on usability improvements, with adjustments made to error messages and system alerts, optimizations for handling large product groups, and new attributes added for data exchange in BMECat.
Usability:
- The layout has been optimized for screens smaller than 1420 pixels across various parts of the system.
- a"Back to Products" button has been added to the Upload section.
- a "To Grouped Products" button has been introduced in the Edit Grouped Product section.
- a "To Attachments" button is now available in the Edit Attachment section.
- Improved alerts and messages have been added in "Custom Classes," Products -> Columns, etc.
- The "Grouped Product View" has been updated to handle more than 25 products in a group. Now, if you have more than 25 products in a batch, you’ll see separators through links for easier navigation.
- The "Related Products" tab in the product section has also been modified. Now, you’ll see a breakdown of products related to the current item as well as the product group.
Other Updates:
- Added additional attachments to 2BA via the sales file.
- Several minor technical improvements have been made, such as enhancing the job scheduler, adjusting various custom class codes, adapting BMECat imports for non-ETIM product features, fixing the issue with product selection in the Grouped Products section, optimizing the thumbnail API for improved performance, and refining the logic for table imports (with product ID now added).
Issues with BMECat processing related to GTIN length and SCIP number have been resolved. - Bugs from previous releases have also been fixed.
