The latest version of Skwirrel delivers valuable new functionality and performance improvements, further optimizing your workflow and data management.
This release brings faster bulk actions, clearer translation feedback, and smarter media handling—plus expanded tax support for Austria.
New functionality and modules:
- Edit selection on grouped products (Grouped products → Edit selection)
Select items within a grouped product and perform bulk actions on the selected set—speeding up routine maintenance across multiple objects. - Edit selection & Delete selection on Attachments (Attachments → Edit selection / Delete selection)
Bulk-edit metadata or remove multiple attachments in one go from the attachments overview. - Austria added as VAT region
Skwirrel now supports Austrian VAT rules, enabling correct tax configuration and compliant exports for AT. - Clearer warnings for translated custom features (Product → Custom class [Translated])
When translations are missing, you’ll now see a more specific, actionable warning so gaps can be fixed immediately. - Fetch manufacturer image from 2BA (Manufacturer → Image → Get from 2BA)
If available on the 2BA portal, import the manufacturer’s image directly—no manual download needed. - Pictogram subtype for image attachments (Image attachments → Subtype: Picture / Icon)
Classify visuals more precisely by marking an image as a Picture or Icon—improving filtering, presentation, and downstream use.
