Implementation Consultant (Technical)
As an Implementation Consultant, you are the link between our advanced PIM software and our clients’ processes. You guide them through the implementation of our solutions, ensuring they align seamlessly with their needs. You analyze client processes, advise on optimizations, and configure our software to deliver maximum value.
What will you do?
- Analyze the client’s current processes and systems.
- Configure and implement Skwirrel’s PIM solutions for clients.
- Provide training and workshops to users.
- Offer support and advice during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate client feedback into product improvements.
Who are you?
You have completed a HBO or WO degree (or nearly), preferably in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with software implementations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex processes.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
Affinity with PIM systems and experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus.
