What will you do?

Coordinating Meetings:

You organize and facilitate important subcommittee meetings, such as the Development Meeting, Sales Meeting, and Implementation Meeting.
You monitor agendas, ensure that the right stakeholders are present, and follow up on action points.
You create clear meeting reports and monitor the progress of discussed plans.

Leadership and Team Coordination:

You motivate and lead teams, ensure everyone stays focused, and hold employees accountable for their responsibilities.
You act as the first point of contact for questions and challenges, ensuring everyone can perform at their best.

Structure and Process Management:

You oversee absence tracking, leave requests, and personnel planning.
You optimize operational processes and create a streamlined working environment.
You act as a link between different departments, ensuring smooth collaboration.
